great location diverse food missing swimming pool unpleasant smell
The hotel location is great. I could easily walk to markets. The breakfast had diverse food choices. It had Asian, Indian and Western options. The massage shop at level 1 was also very convenient. It provided good service at a reasonable price.
The hotel lacked a swimming pool. I also noticed an unpleasant smell at level 1. It was quite strong and affected my experience a bit. I think it needs improvement. I hope they address this issue.

surprisingly charming stay!
friendly staff efficient service easy check-out
I found the staff friendly and efficient. room service was prompt! check-in and check-out were also very easy. Everything felt smooth. the hotel is within walking distance of centralworld mall, so that was quite convenient for shopping.
i noticed the room lacked a "do not disturb" sign, so housekeeping occasionally interrupted my rest.

The hotel's location is quite central, near major shopping areas. This made exploring nearby malls very easy. i could easily walk to centralworld and platinum mall. That saved me a lot of transport time.

the staff was polite and professional! everyone seemed genuinely helpful. the concierge team always offered a warm welcome, and the reception staff handled check-in efficiently, so i appreciated their attentiveness.

Breakfast was good! there were various dishes offered each day, so i had plenty of options to choose from. the mini starbucks in the lobby was also a convenient option. It allowed me to grab coffee quickly.

The spa was very good! i recommend trying it. my room was clean and spacious. I really felt comfortable. the big bed was definitely a plus, and everything felt very fresh.

Acceptable Stay with Fixable Issues
rooftop bar rare opening
The hotel staff was helpful in pointing me toward nearby medical services when I needed advice. It was acceptable.
The rooftop bar was supposedly good for a picture, but it was rarely open. I stayed seven nights, and it was open only one night. Sometimes it closed for private functions with no notice, and other times it closed for rain even when it wasn't raining. The hotel seemed reluctant to open it at all. That was annoying.
